All Things Cling Ltd. Internet Return Policy
If your order, or a portion of your order is damaged you can return it within 60 days of the delivery date and we will refund you for the damaged or defective item or replace it at our discretion.
If you ordered more than one item as part of a packaged deal (2 for $x, buy 1 get 1 free, etc.), you must return the entire order to receive a full refund. We will not accept partial returns.
Return Handling Guidelines:
If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return it for a refund or exchange by following these steps:
- Include proof of purchase (original bill of sale)
- Return items in unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories
- Returns will be accepted only on unopened items; in the event of a manufacturing defect, we will gladly exchange it for the identical item
- Returns will be credited back to the original tender type
- Damages on home delivered items must be reported within 24 hours
- Place your items in the package it was shipped in and clearly mark the Return Authorization number on the outside of the package.
We highly recommend using a traceable shipping service when returning your package to our warehouse.

Return Authorization
- Call our customer service team at 416-630-3131.
- Have your All Things Cling Ltd. order number at hand.
- Select the Customer Service option to speak to an agent during our business hours to receive a Return Authorization Number.
- All returns must have an authorization number. We will not process your return without one.
- Place your items in the package it was shipped in and clearly mark the Return Authorization number on the outside of the package.
- We highly recommend using a traceable shipping service when returning your package to our warehouse.
